1:00   PM       9 Ft Spear Tourney – Combatants will fight over a barrier.  Best out of three.

3:00   PM       Bridesmaid Tourney – Combatants may select any weapon style. Best of three. In the event that there are not enough participants that qualify, a Dagger and Bucker Tournament will be substituted.

A&S Classes and Faire

A&S Faire Schedule: Entry set up from 8 am to 9:30 am.

9:30 am to 2:30 pm – Judging. Beads will be available for your vote.

2:30 pm to 3 pm – Beads will be gathered for the counts. There will be a Populace, Laurel & OvO, and Children’s vote.

Displays will need to be picked up between 3 – 4 pm.

For those that do not wish to participate in the judging, there will be a “display only” section.

We welcome everyone to come and enjoy the labors of our Artisans.

Winners will be announced at Court.

Classes

Youth Activities

Looks like we will be having a full day. Youth activities will be in several sessions the first will be 8 to 11 am with a break. If the weather permits water sports from 1 to 4 and after the feast, 8 to 9 a movie night.

And yes, the adults may join in the fun for the water sports and then the movie after the feast. Cause adults are just little kids that grew up

Are you a merchant and wish to set up? Please contact the autocrats. As always, you are more than welcome. There is never any additional charge for showing up.

Trading/Swap Table

Crafter Swap Meet: Bring your scraps, spools, and skeins to swap!

We all have bits and bobs we’ve never used–extra fabric, thread, beads, dyes, yarn, etc.–taking up precious space in our stashes!

The goal of this swap meet is to bring crafters together to share and trade. So please bring yours and see if you can trade for something you will use and love!

We will also have a Donations Basket if you’re looking to share the love but don’t need anything yourself.

All trades will be entirely up to the individuals making the trade.

2nd remove-Roast chicken, vegan meatloaf, spinach and bacon porray, warm barley, and herb salad. Bread and butter

3rd remove-Dates stuffed with cream cheese, Viking honey nut cake

Camping

Camping is outdoors this year. With plenty of trees, there is plenty of space to spread out to relax. For those not so inclined, listed below are some of the hotels/motels within minutes of the site, near the interest.

For those that like to camp but need power for medical devices such as CPAP machines there are some areas available, but please get with the autocrat to make arrangements if needed.

***** WARNING *****. We are working on showers but, currently there are none available for use. We are looking at using popups with walls with portable showers and possibly wet wipes….
