Rapier

10 am     ARMOR INSPECTION

11 am     SWORD & DAGGER/Single Elimination Warmup Tourney
Directly after (or after lunch) – THE HEMLOCK TOURNEY, a single sword double elimination tournament; where in the event a limb is struck a 30-second timer starts. If the limbed fighter doesn’t finish the fight in that 30 seconds the “poison” sets in and they lose the bout.
1 pm – 3 VS 3 MELEE based off the Siege of Enryaku-ji monastery where the attacking team must capture the monastery and the monks must defend it.
2 pm SINGLE HANDED CUT & THRUST TOURNEY
3 pm ‘til court FIELD OPEN FOR PICKUPS

ARCHERY INSPECTION: 8 am. (Though you can get your equipment inspected most anytime during the
day.)
RANGE TIMES:
9:00-10:45 Open range
11:00 CANDLE SHOOT
12-1 Range will close after candle shoot for lunch
1:00-1:45 OPEN RANGE
2:00 JAPANESE KYUDO SHOOT
Open range following last shoot until 30 minutes before court.
IKAC can be shot during any of the open range times. Stay tuned for more information on Japanese Kyudo Shoot.

Are you a merchant and wish to set up? Please contact the autocrats. As always, you are more than welcome. There is never any additional charge for showing up.

Please stay tuned for the list of merchants that have decided to grace us with their wares.

Camping/Hotels

Camping is outdoors this year. With plenty of trees, there is plenty of space to spread out to relax. For those not so inclined, listed below are some of the hotels/motels within minutes of the site, near the interest.  Currently, there are no showers on site, BUT there will be an attempt to offer primitive showers.

If you call for a reservation at either Comfort Inn or Days Inn, please mention you are part of the SCA/Phoenix Glade.

RV’s

Per the site manager: The RV’s would need to come equipped with adaptors in order to use the outlets that are currently there.

For those that like to camp but need power for medical devices such as CPAP machines there are some areas available, but please get with the autocrat to make arrangements if needed.

***** WARNING *****. We are working on showers but, currently, there are none available for use. We are looking at using popups with walls with portable showers and possibly wet wipes….
